Hanging in there

I am hanging in there. Mentally and physically. Or I should say health wise. I am still off the Metformin so I am wondering what my A1C is like. I hope that it went down and not up again. I have to schedule a doctor appointment soon. Normally in the morning its around 130 before eating anything. I try not to eat crazy stuff like lots of carbs or sugars.

Mentally better

I am mentally better than when I was in group therapy. Again, I met some nice people in those therapy sessions. I may try to go back into group therapy again later down the line. We shall see. I will be displaying a few prints at an art gallery in Chicago Heights, Illinois. The art gallery is called Union Street Gallery.  The show I am in starts June 3rd. The reception of the show is June 11th. I will try to be there the entire time of the reception. If you want to talk, stop on by! I am open to talking about all sorts of art-related stuff.
