In 2012 I took a drive through the Dakotas. North Dakota and South Dakota. I heard there were a few ghost towns up there, as long as many old, abandoned structures from the dust bowl era. I found some very interesting structures. Many were still in very good shape for being made of wood. Some weathered the decades of time well.
