
What’s going on currently?
Heading into Winter
Chicagoland is heading into Winter. I hate it. I just hate Winter. Driving in snow is a pain. Lots of people don’t know how to drive in snow or ice. Also I hate the salt being spread on the streets. I hate what salt does to my car. I keep saying this, but eventually I will get downtown to Chicago for more photos. I better do it soon before it gets too cold. I tend to think if I go downtown when its colder, less trouble makers will be around.
If anyone wants to bump into me
This is a long shot. I have been writing about “mysterious people” in my life. It is the truth, I am not making this stuff up or am hallucinating. There were mysterious people in my life. Anyway, if these people or people that may know what I am writing about are in fact reading my website, I normally goto to my local Jewel grocery store on the 10th of each month. I am easily approached at the deli counter and I normally am at the deli counter for an extended time frame. I do like making chit chat with people specifically there. I never turn away a friendly question. I goto the grocery store deli when I have a few dollars for food. Maybe I will bump into someone nice there? Who knows. I normally goto Jewel’s in the mid morning around 11am. I may goto the Jewel most days around 11am. I tend to move fast in the grocery store, I guess I am a ‘fast shopper”. However I will engage in conversation from anyone there.
What else?
What else can I say about my life? I am currently 310lbs. I want to be 240lbs. I was diabetic with an A1C of 7. I got very concerned and reduced my A1C from 7 to 5.9 in 4 months back in 2021. I lost 55lbs. I was 336lbs August 4th 2021. Lost 55lbs in 4 months. Stopped exercising and gained 25lbs back. I am now 310lbs and my A1C is 6.2. So I did take myself out of diabetic range and put myself in pre-diabetic range. I am proud of myself for doing that.
Keto Diet
I did not know what diet I was following when I started. I just said to myself, “I know that vegetables, fruit, and lean meats are good” So that is all I am going to eat. I cut bread, pasta and sugar out. I also don’t eat any processed meats. So I found out later on I was following the Keto Diet. Low carbs. I think this is a good diet and it works. I drink lots of water through out the day. One issue I am weak on is I love salt. I try to curb my salt intake.
