Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas

Another Christmas. I am still home with the parents. I slept ok last night. Woke up late, about 7am. I got up to the living room and patted my dad on the back and shook his hand. Wished him a Merry Christmas. Greeted my lovely mother, also wished her a Merry Christmas. I love my parents so very much. My sister will come over later for our meal. She will bring her boyfriend.

I am thankful

I have to say that this morning I am feeling very thankful. Thankful for my lovely mother and father and sister. Thankful for our safe and warm house. The neighborhood is also very quiet at night. I suppose also I am thankful that I may have had opportunities in my past. I foolishly did not take them, but maybe I was not ready for them mentally. I am thankful that I may have “big” friends out there somewhere. I really think that these people that were in my life can’t cut off their concern for me? Maybe they can? Hopefully I will cross paths with them in the future. The United States is only so big.

Working on my weight

I am busy working on my weight. I am trying to cut meals. I feel that is the only true way that I will be losing weight. I should exercise, but I am a tad lazy. I hope things pick up in the new years.
