Social Security Disability
I put my life on hold for over 6 years waiting on this. It’s been denied a few times now it sits with the appeals committee. I have a new claim being made as a “back up” claim. My lawyers seem to think I have a case with my mental notes. I honestly don’t think I can last in a work environment. I need money and I am tired of being broke. I am trying to figure how I can get back in the work force. I don’t want to drive or deliver things for a living. I don’t feel what I would be getting paid would justify the risk of being on the road longer than I would normally be. The longest I ever held a job was three years. I am 53 now. I also feel that I would be discriminated against because of my age. I am Googling and using ChatGPT to figure out how and with what position I could re-enter the work force. Currently, I am letting my Social Security claims still go on.
Re Direct my energy
I have been keeping busy with a few website projects. This website, just maintaining it making sure there are no errors on this site. I also dusted off my other site www.southwestsix.com. This website is a listing of points of interest in the American Southwest. I also have www.northamericanplaces.com. This is my website on points of interest in all of North America, Canada and the United States. So far, I am not getting any traffic on either site, I am simply using ChatGPT to help me write the blog posts and other content of these sites. I am going to include the more interesting places to visit.
Fighting my depression and anxiety
I just completed an out patient program at Ingalls. It was a group therapy session lasting 6 weeks. I got my medication adjusted and they took more mental notes on me. The people there are nice and I learned some coping skills. I also goto my doctor for my physical health. I go every three months for blood work. I want to keep tabs on my A1C. I have been going even before I became diabetic. From last blood work my A1C was a disappointing 7.5. I am on 2000 mg of Metformin a day and 4.5mg of Trulicity a week. I have looked into watching my diet. The Keto diet seems to be the best diet for me to lose weight and control my A1C.
